Service scope

A website enquiry does not create a client relationship or confirm a booking. The scope, deliverables, timeline, revision terms, fees, and payment schedule for any engagement will be set out separately in a proposal or service agreement.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and lawful information; reviewing drafts carefully; confirming factual accuracy; responding within agreed timelines; and ensuring final materials are appropriate for their intended use.

No guarantee of outcomes

Career strategy and writing services can strengthen professional communication, but Caterlyst does not guarantee interviews, employment, promotions, compensation, immigration outcomes, or board appointments.

Fees, cancellation, and refunds

Applicable fees, deposits, payment methods, cancellation rights, rescheduling terms, and refund conditions will be confirmed in the service agreement.

Intellectual property

Ownership and permitted use of final client deliverables, working files, templates, and business methods will be defined in the service agreement. Website copy, design, and brand assets may not be reproduced without permission.

Confidentiality

Both parties are expected to handle non-public information responsibly. Any specific confidentiality obligations should be recorded in the service agreement where necessary.

The website may link to email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram, payment, scheduling, or other third-party services. Caterlyst is not responsible for the availability or practices of third-party platforms.
